Karen Hasenauer
Founder, Ohio and Florida
Karen is our fearless HR Operations champion and leader. She developed a passion for HR Operations early in her career and has never looked back. From Fortune 500 to consulting to BPO, Karen’s expertise in HR Operations spans many industries, geographies, and functional areas.
Dan Allinger
Executive Partner, Texas
Dan is our Executive Partner and is a former global Shared Services Leader and global CHRO for both Private Equity and public organizations. Alongside his passion to drive HR operations excellence he is also an international board member, ICF certified Executive Coach, and works with project and executive teams across the globe.
Chris Howell

HR Operations Service Director – Manchester, UK
Chris has over 15 years of HR Operations experience in EMEA and the US, working within industries including FinTech, Pharmaceuticals, Petroleum and Retail. Chris has been a Chartered Member of the CIPD for over 10 years and has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from MMU Business School.

Jen is a hands-on senior leader with over 20 years of success driving complex, global HR transformation programs and cost-saving initiatives. Working with clients across the globe, she has significant expertise in HCM solutions, HR advisory consulting, team building and employee experience.
